Once upon a time, there was a young boy named Jimsalot Junior who always dreamed of becoming the world's best candle mechanic. He trained every day for 42.42 hours in order to beat his rival, The Quixotic Menace. The day of the big competition arrived, and Jimsalot Junior came armed with a crime and his unstoppable determination. They were pitted against each other in a battle of wits, and Jimsalot Junior emerged as the humdrum victor! His achievement is celebrated every Free Comic Book Day.

New Toys!

So, school's out, free time has arrived, and my creative juices are flowing! Plus I just got a new set of inking pens from someone, which happened to include a totally awesome brush tipped pen, which is awesome! I can't stop playing with it, it makes awesome lines! (I'm really excited right now!) So now I have a few new sketches for you guys! Enjoy! (That's if I manage to overcome my inner lazy and upload them... o.O)

So a while back I made the leap of finally getting a deviantart account, and uploaded a few of my sketches. I think the main reason for this was that I found a some of my mom's old art supplies, which included a sketch book, some nice pencils, and other stuff. It was at this time also, that I began to watch some art how-to videos on Youtube, mainly by a great guy named Mark Crilley. When I added all of this together, it sparked my inner artist (which might be partly genetic), and I began to carry my sketchbook with me constantly.
